We offer a 24-hour Money Back Guarantee on every donation. Please e-mail any donation cancellation to Info@SAPWII.org within 24 hours of submitting the donation, or call on our business phone at (203) 281-0747.
E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, donation date, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your donation. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your donation.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your donation, providing your donation has not been charged. In the event that a cancellation is submitted within 24 hours (via e-mail or phone), we will gladly refund the complete balance charged.
Please note that a charge from "South Asia Pure Water Initiative, Inc." will appear on your credit card statement for your donation amount.
